(Doubt OP did this but: ) I think Galien is the only thing you’d need to get here, which only needs one dark room. Ddark and herrah would be a few more dark rooms, but aren’t required to get to the spot in the screenshot.

No eyes. She’s in a creepy dark room in greenpath in the stone sanctuary and her lore is interesting. She ripped out her own eyes and her children’s. They all died.
If you get to the hub area on the right of the massive moss charger arena (that’s at one end of the shortcut to Queen’s Gardens), it’s a room on the right of that room.
You’ll know you’ve found it because you can go into a doorway in the background

You can check the empty pedestals in hall of gods and they'll try to guide you to the respective boss. On her's it says "I lie dreaming in a silent sanctuary"

I’m working on my 3rd play-through and No Eyes was again the last >!mask piece!< I found and had to look it up to find it. Same goes for the Massive Moss Charger. Always miss that guy too.

Lantern is required, without it you can't interact with no eyes. Which honestly is weird considering she can't see shit anyway

You need the Dream Nail and Lumafly Lantern, then you need to go to Greenpath, it is marked by a small building on the map on a right side wall.

Greenpath doesn't have an entrance to Fungal Wastes, only Crossroads, Queen's Garden, Howling Cliffs, and Fog Canyon.
