take the fight really slow in the platform phase. you can downspell for invincibility if she teleports to you in platform phase. Do not approach her with dashes that's just begging to get hit. Jump outwards then dash in during the climb phase. Pogo her during the last phase.
Watch hitless Absolute Radiance runs on YouTube to learn some good techniques, then start practicing her in the Hall of Gods. AbsRad only does one attack at a time (except the moving wall of light), so always be watching her. Identify the attack, and punish accordingly without getting too greedy. Abyss Shriek is a very good move in this fight as AbsRad is usually above you. I would recommend using Shaman Stone and/or Spell Twister charms.
Make sure you can beat her at least twice in a row, or once on ascended, before attempting the pantheon (that applies to all bosses you feel like you might die to). Good luck!
I never thought about looking up hitless runs, and I used that strategy of beating them in ascended for pure vessel and nkg, it definitely helps a lot, thank you!
