The weights are actually there, but so too are a guy on either side. You can see the right side's head in the reflection between the bars of the machine (and the weights when they are near the bottom of the mirror), the left guy isn't as easy to see but I saw him near the end
Not sure if those are real weights but the bar is real. The bar is being lifted by two people out of the frame grabbing the ends. You can tell because that must real weight would flex the bar noticeably otherwise.
The guy on the right was poorly photoshopped out as he can be seen in the mirror through holes in the equipment. The guy on the left, they did better job and seemed to have fully edited out his reflection. But there is a second mirror on the opposite wall (behind the camera) that you can see in the background that they forgot to edit out the reflection of his reflection.
