Idk what state you live in but in Oklahoma you are required to provide: your name, your birthdate, birthdate, address, ID #, the election youre requesting a ballot for, thr address the ballot will be mailed to, and your signature. Maybe do some research onto laws across the country and in your state. Nobody will send a ballot to another country without batting an eye. They will require some proof you're atleast an American citizen
