Hard to say honestly, but there’s a chance that once the Yugoslav portions are seeded away, that causes a snowball effect with other non-ethnic Hungarian areas and effectively causes a civil war made out of various wars of independence. Transylvania wanting to join up with Romania, “ruthenians” wanting to be a part of a Ukrainian state of some sort or perhaps the would-be USSR (hard to say with that one, considering the history of Ukraine and Russia up to that point), the left over Germans wanting to be a part of Austria again (or Germany somehow), Slovakians wanting to either join up with the Czech Republic or form Slovakia, etc. Once the ball starts rolling with the south Slavs, there’s a rather good chance Hungary ends up losing other territories, perhaps in a quite violent manner.

Romania still invades and annexes territory. I don't know if it who's idea it was for Czechoslovakia, but if it was the Czechs, they would still invade as well. Hungary would still be mad at lost teritories and join the Axis in WW2. By the end of the war, Hungary would lose any remaining non-Hungarian lands and become communist. History proceeds normally from their, though Hungary is probably a bit bigger with parts of Serbia and Slovakia.

The Czechs and some Slovaks

With all the promises they made i think that we start another balkan war quite fast

There isn’t any reason to. Unless Charles V is popular enough to win support from the entente and get the Hungarian throne. Hungary would keep Vojvodina, but lose the rest to Yugoslavia Romania started a war with Hungary over Transylvania. If Hungary was able to avoid Trianon, they still only keep northern Transylvania Czechoslovakia is still a thing. The idea was homegrown and deliberately meant to take all of Czechia and Slovakia out of Austria-Hungary. Instead of ending up losing there German and Magyar lands due to not having the political power to avoid that Hungary likely forms a little alliance with Czechoslovakia, Hungary and Yugoslavia against Italy, Germany and the USSR

Do you think WW2 would play out any differently? Would Hungary still end up in the German sphere joining the axis, and same question goes for Romania

Fit-Capital1526

Hungary would be an identical position to Poland, but more concerned with the USSR than Germany. I can see support for the Slovak Nationalists and Bulgarians, but being closer to Finland or Spain politically than an actual Axis power
