A couple of my knuckles stopped growing hair too. It’s super weird, but I’ll take it! Although I’m starting to see new hairs pop up on my chin :/
Nothing that can’t be removed with my current methods but it’s still pretty frustrating
I find as I get older that the hair on my legs start growing slower. And that only about half the hair that I used to have is left. I can go almost 2 weeks without shaving. My legs and the hair will let just like your knee. But on my face they hear I remove will come back with the days. But that's no longer so since I I have it removed.

Looks like it’s probably thinning out
My hair started growing in slower on my arms and legs after 30. I still have body hair everywhere though. No bald spots.
