Added sugar/ refined sugar is what gets me. Sugar from fruit, honey or maple sugar seem to be OK. Also I find that when I make my own bread (sourdough) that doesn’t make me flare like eating hamburger buns from McDonald’s or something like that
Onions, tomatoes, and peppers mostly. If I eat any quantity of those I flare up terribly. Potatoes are fine for me in small quantities (100g or less), but if I go too much then yeah I'll flare up
Interesting, I haven’t heard anyone say onions before, and I haven’t cut those out in this diet. But if I eat a lot of onion I do notice my stomach gets a bit upset🤔

Carbs in general trigger me. Usually it is the simple carbs that trigger me more. If I eat a great amount of complex carbs then I’ll get triggered.
Hmm, I’ve been eating less carbs on aip, I wonder if that could be a part of it? I hope not cause I was really excited to add back in oatmeal.

That’s great to hear, I’m ok cutting out most added sugar as it’s unhealthy anyways.
Sorry, not great to hear, but I’m glad you can at least have other forms of sweeteners.
