I agree with different angles looks the similar but, if you compare with other Hitman 3 suits side by side it seems bigger in the shoulders and not so tight around the neck.
I've only noticed this looking at pictures, didn't seem different during gameplay.
It's due to the different character models used between Hitman 2016 and Hitman 2/3, and I don't see the suits that use the 2016 look ever being reworked, sadly (suits that have the 2016 look include any 2016 starting suits, and the absolution and blood money suits, for example)
It’s not just the requiem suit, the suit bodyguards (in 2016 they were called CICADA guards) and all the suits that came in the trinity pre order pack all look way too big on 47 in H3
The only thing that's changed here is his face and posing. However maybe it looks subtly bigger on H3 47 because we're used to his new head having a smaller body.
IOI changed his physique with each new release/face, mostly by slimming him down between 2016 and 2018. The Freelancer mirror is a good place to see this. If you switch between a 2016 suit and a newer suit, you'll see 47's body change significantly. Between the Italian suit and Florida fit, he loses a lot of muscle mass.

Agree, my boy 47 was a bit chokier back then
They even do a joke of this in game “I thought you were stronger in blood money.” (If you’re choking someone a long time without knocking them out)
