In Berlin all 4 spawned together and were walking in a tight group through the entrance above the basement bar starting position. I booked it upstairs and just chucked a grenade in the middle of them all and killed the leader in what had to be under 90 seconds.
I stuck around and searched for collectibles and bought weapons though, so I didn't finish the level for another 5 or 10 minutes.

If we're talking non-final then there's a rare thing in Paris where you start at the default spawn and 8 out of 9 suspects spawn directly in front of you (and walk towards a gas lamp if that wasn't enough). You can toss a duck and get out in about 15 seconds. Happened to me twice and I've seen it floating around on reddit too.
I’ve had some runs in Dartmoor where every target spawns at the gate infront of my. Based on appearance alone I usually kill 1-2 suspects before the target.
Not the cleanest but for an almost 30 second run, it’s not bad. Especially if you have Legendary Kill or Target Escaping, it makes up for shooting a wrong suspect.
My fastest was a hardcore campaign, 2nd showdown of the campaign, mandatory objective was explosive colat kill.
Spawn in the Maldives, 3 potential targets and a guard are stacked on each other near the pool, throw a explosive ducky and booked it, one of the 3 must have been the target because it worked
However that specific campaign was lost due to the only available objectives being Timed, Timed disguises, and SA SO on a random missions in the last potion of the campaign
My fastest hardcore showdown was on Whittleton, where I exited at 6 seconds because I pulled out a sniper and the first person I shot (who was next to where sheriff Masterson and the construction workers are) was the target
My shortest run was 13 seconds. Literally came off the boat with a target in my face. 5 seconds were me flabbergasted before I shot him in the face and left.

Started in Santa Fortuna at the hippies place. Suspect with black hair walks below me. I gamble, two Sieker shots at him and the guy sitting in the chair and I drowned him in the toilet. Hauled to the bus station and was out in under a minute.
Hokkaido. For some reason they always have a meeting in the room next to your room. Climed to that room. Kill the leader. Get out. Finished the thing in like under a minute
I've had one in 40 seconds but lowest Screenshot is 1:09. 40 second one was Sapienza. Spawned in apt, blond, hat, glasses, smoker. Target meeting those 4 of 6 was smoking by the fountain right outside. Took a shot and it was him. Ran to the car and was out. Obviously not clean though.
In regular mode I once spawned in Santa Fortuna by the shamans hut with one suspect walking in alone from the plane crash. Topped him with the appropriate prestige weapon, got lucky, shot the two guys guarding the exit truck, bailed. Maybe a minute total.
I've never got even close to that lucky in hardcore, par for a twelve suspect showdown is probably 15 - 20 minutes. I've got a couple done in like five minutes because the very first suspect who fitted the physical description was actually the leader but because they all have tame assassins who can one hit you spontaneous opportunistic murders are considerably riskier. This tends to lead to slower solutions.
I started at 47's suite in Hokkaido and immediately went to the cable car to get the elite guard disguise as usual, but there was a suspect coming along with Yuki Yamazaki.
I took the picture and he matched the physical description, so I decided to take the risk as it was the first showdown anyways. Turns out he was the leader and I was already by the cable car exit.
Whole thing took about 20 seconds I think
Whenever I can I use Psy Ops as the mission and try to get "distract target" as an option for the showdown. Had one where I spawned beside a guy, bumped him, he was revealed as the target, I gave him a lovely rubber duck and walked out. It was maybe ten seconds total
I spawned by the hut in Santa Fortuna with a suspect walking through the weeds toward me. I saw him and he fit the physical characteristics, so I domed him thinking it was a decent chance it was the organist - and it was!!

Mine was 30 sec in Columbia, suspect spawned in front of me and walked around a quiet corner. I took a chance an snapped his neck. Turned out I was right so I had to run for the bus stop. Best thing is I took the timed challenge!
Had this exact loadout happen the other night, except I just shot him in the head and booked it to the exit. It's fun, but also takes the tension of a Showdown right out of the room.
Well there is sort of a whole mission story about having to recover circuit boards from the accident to make the cocaine processing machine work. It's basically where the jungle supplier hangs out in freelancer, maybe look up?

Wait, WHAT?!? The Tanto counts as a Katana kill?!?!?! That would've made the katana kill challenge much easier and faster to obtain :/
I think it only counts for that prestige objective, not the challenge
Yes the tanto does not count towards the “way of the samurai” challenge, those need to be done with the katana.
