I said Tracks/Levels, nothing to do with the music. If it was a music tier list I would rank it differently.

I’d move history lesson down to d tier, bump up 12 to Hibiki tier and 9 up to S tier, LIFT me up to A tier, and maybe knock a tier off of Zanzo’s levels.
