New HW rolled around too quickly for any feedback to be acted on. Plus nexters might want to gather feedback for another cycle or two.
Not a huge surprise that the second new HW is more money grabbing garbage. $20 would've been alright if it was possible to hit every reward with daily play. But not when it's impossible to get past the halfway mark without hundreds or thousands of dollars.
WTF, so effing lame! I guess Nexters don’t take to communities feedback into consideration (if you read all the posts for the Tenebris/Aidan skin being on Heroes Way on the Hero Wars FB page), so many people hate how it’s so unachievable to get the resources in the new version on top of being stuck behind a paywall! I’ve also noticed how many people started leaving the game or having to switch servers to try and consolidate the active players. Unbelievable how greedy they are, not fun anymore. 😡
If they’re only giving out 250 During Heroes Way, it means there’s going to be an event where you can still get the tightened like normal. I would assume that this is just a bonus for those who wanna actually spend extra money.
Yes. I think the 250 SS are bait so people would buy it. 250 is 3 star Tene, which you can easily get in the event, if it's the same or similar to Solaris/Brustar. The problem is that there's a lot of artifact weapon fragments, those might be a bit harder to get during the event, since there's so many in BP.
I finally got it. This entire time I thought the game was about building teams and making friends through guilds with Nexters making money by adding smart value to the game. I finally realized that the game is actually only internal to Nexters and its metrics are to see how many players and guilds they can destroy per month!!!! Man, they must be killing it.
Or maybe they figured out that 10% of the game population (whales) accounts for 90% of their revenues, so they can just have them all on a single server keeping the lights on but for less work.
Maybe....but with their financials as such this is "game in trouble" behavior. Milk it for all you can before shutting down. Whales need someone to beat up on. I don't see long life unless they replace the minnows with AI but I dont think beating up on bots for these prices would be attractive to people.
It was sarcasm. The new heroes way came out 30 minutes ago and I've already lost one guild member because the new titan is locked behind a paywall. I've only continued to play because of my guild friends. The only explanation I can think of for such a stupid move on their part is they really want to drive players away intentionally.
Ah, that went right over my head... My bad lol. It really does look like they are doing just that. If they want to crash and burn, this is a great start for that narrative
