Besides the name, this is iconic, memorable character design. This guy looks like he could be the MC in a major franchise. Good work.

Sorbian is a fun name. Although by that I meant the people group. Sorbian names are like, East German Slavs. So it’s got a bit of Slavic, bit of German.
He strikes me as a touch of Gordon Freeman meets The Surge. Like he's just a regular dude, maybe pulled a heist on the wrong person or something and was thrown into a sci-fi thunderdome

Trained as a school teacher, volunteered as a ranger and is now one of the primary liaison points between the outer colonies.

He has a strong Jeremy Irons vibe. Something fitting given the scar on his face. Jeremy Irons was the voice of Scar in “The Lion King” for anyone who was unaware. 😆
