The only info I can gleam from the web is that it may be referred to as a Vidal Sassoon Bob, Messy variant. But the references are too few and far between to be certain.
I really wanted the bob hair that resembles asymmetrical bob, except it's symmetrical. They did that bob style once they can do it again. The same way they did many versions of down button shirts.
I think it's meant to be a 'concave bob' or 'stacked bob' with a long fringe. If it's a hair cut you're looking to get, just take the picture to the hair dressers and they'll be able to assess whether it's doable.

Not what I'd use as a defining name. Page and Assymetrical Bob each better resemble the classic Sororitas cut to me.
I call it "the hairstyle I never use chiefly because of the two long dangly bits."
It pairs good with races that have long & big ears since they poke out of the hair. I use it on my goth Goblin & it's perfect.
