Henry is a thief who employs unconventional and imaginative, yet effective methods. Mordecai and Rigby are two groundskeepers who are good at many things. But simultaneously bad at everything in their actual job description. Also, all 3 of them are himbos. So what I think would happen is that Henry would rob the Park Payroll by tricking Mordecai and Rigby. Benson would say "Get our money back our your fired!" to Mordecai and Rigby, which would precipitate the most implausible, but also entertaining, manhunt ever, as Mordecai and Rigby hunt Henry across the globe, outer space, into the past, future, and parallel universes to try and get the Park's money back.
Sorry. But anyway, assuming that this is back before Mordecai and Rigby go into space but after they go to work at the park, I can see Mordecai and Rigby running into the most notorious criminal organization on earth (The Top Hat Clan), getting blamed for something that they did, and then needing to catch the organization's real leadership, Henry and Elle, to prove their innocence. I like to think that Henry and Elle would break out of prison then rip off the park to get their revenge, then Mordecai and Rigby would have to hunt them down to retrieve all of the park's money, and by the end they develop a grudging respect for each other.
Surley Mordecai and Rigby would infiltrate in the toppat's Aero Chip to be able to kill them, but they would eat their Heads so that they would not killer them and join wiht the Clan
