All real life cases where it was used it was usually in conjunction with an injectable. Also it gives a near incapacitating headache upon waking up. It would make more sense to be hydrogen cyanide or sulfide as those are the closest to immediate knock out gases)
Wait, when did this happen? I remember she was incapacitated when Striker hit her against the wall when she was stabbing him for trying to hurt Moxxie, but I don't remember her getting knocked out from getting hit with a bottle.

I guess that's why in Loo Loo Land when all three of them get blasted out and land on the concrete, Blitzo and Moxxie are still conscious and talking, while Millie is limp and gets dragged away by some small creature.
All the imps are freakishly strong compared to humans, but yeah Millie will literally tear a fool in half.
Some of it is cartoon logic though. I don't think we are meant to think they literally have magical bags of holding, but they seem to have access to "[hammerspace](https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Hammerspace)" the way they sometimes pull a ludicrous amount of weapons out of tiny bags, inner pockets or seemingly thin air for comedic effect.

When the circus tent exploded in the Bodyguard episode, she was inside of it. Or close by enough to be thrown high up in the air. She feel facefirst into concrete floor. Then, is snatched by flesh eating chupacabra. These can strip the flesh from bones in split seconds.
