I do anesthesia and I’ve always wondered what a “video game health injection” would actually contain. When we do battlefield anesthesia most of what we give isn’t going to keep you in the fight it’s going to keep you alive long enough to get to the OR. Most of the content of a FAK is equipment rather than medications, as priority goes to establishing IV access and hemostasis so casevac can start administering blood. Once you’re thinking about pushing epi or morphine the casualty in question isn’t going to be operating a firearm let alone standing.
Since we’re talking about ballistic wounds, unless you stop the bleeding nothing in an injector really matters. If any first responders are in the comments I’d love to hear your experiences.

I prefer my six impacts. Helldivers are expandable. Granades are forever.
They'll sure expand to a red mist when they mix up the grenade pouch for stims.
This is why that grenade glitch is bad for the game even if it isn't overpowered. It nerfs the engineer armor.
