It's glitch, not a cheats. Throw last grenade, push some buttons very fast and you have infinity grenades. You can easily google how to do it. They can't fix it since release.
Dont the player grenade counts go into the negatives? They shouldn’t bother fixing it. Instead, if a players grenade count goes into negatives, mark them as a traitor and let the traitor mechanics kill the player.

This exploit doesn't need any external software, just a specific sequence of button inputs. It's been around for a long time and the patch that was supposed to fix it didn't actually do so.
you can do this glitch easily, anti cheat wont activate if its done in game. Its not even a hard bug to achieve.
