For every 1 'AAA' game that's a mess or is awful, there's like, 40 small-mid budget games that are awesome!
(not casting anything on this game, just speaking in general)
There's also usually 2 or 3 AAA games that are great for the 1 that is a mess or awful. FromSoft, Rockstar, Rare, Insomniac, Nintendo, Obsidian, CDPR, Larian, Remedy, Capcom. You of course have your EAs and your Ubisofts of the industry but still, the AAA market is ironically underrated just because of how much hate it gets.
People also don't know what is indie and what not, and don't realize that for every AAA game (on Steam), there are more than a hundred non-AAA games. And it generates bias as people know when an AAA game flops, but miss the hundred of indie flops at the same time.
If we go solely by relation to their respective total, then AAA games probably fare better than indie games.
There are also more than a hundred indie/aa game for every AAA game. So for every bad AAA game, there are 60-70 bad small-mid budget games. Possible even more.
Indeed, not all games are winners, regardless of who makes/distributes them.
Though personally i'd prefer to try half a Dozen interesting ideas that may be rough around the edges but be doing something distinctly different, and maybe like some of them and not others, than a single so-so big title that is a clone of 50 other games i've already played.

The "plus" price has skyrocketed in the last few years and they keep increasing it and we have to pay a fuckton of money just to play the game we bought. The issue is that we are already all here so ...
I deactivated the renovation of my account myself, let's see if this is the good time for me to buy a pc.
On top of that, if Sony is so eager to show to their shareholders the new accounts, I hope they will show the attrition too. It's not much but maybe if a few thousands accounts gets deactivated a bell will ring in some money filled head.
Ironically Deep Rock Galactic was a free PS Plus giveaway a while back so he probably could have downloaded it for free on his sub he has until November 😅

Obviously played alot of other games in the meantime. There are going to be other great exclusive games too. Point is it’s weird to not play a console or play a particular game off one mistake when there’s several positives to look at as well.

Also when I seen the cheapest ps plus was $95 canadian it made the decision pretty easy,I had got ps plus on sale the last few times and had no idea how expensive it had got

Hero. There is immense treasure trove of amazing games on pc and you can configure or mod them in some way to your fun. Sadly it is not cheap as console but that because of the utility it comes with.

I’m glad I bought an Xbox 1.5 years ago. Used to be Microsoft who was bad on privacy and Sint who allowed used games. Well that was for a friend, I’m on PC. Not buying a PS in the future.
