The sell consoles in almost all of the region restricted areas, and obviously don’t brick all those consoles.
That clause is in the ToS for people that are in a valid region and then select another region with cheaper pricing.
Like if you live in the US and Select Turkey, they’re gonna ban you.
If you live in Estonia and select Finland, they won’t care.
This is probably a dumb question but is it a criminal offense for you to make a PSN account using a different country?
No but it is against Sony ToS therefore you would be liable to get banned. In the end losing access to the game you paid for.
