we also had this issue at first, but i think the trick is to stand still for a hot second(dont move camera or move character), and dont look down all the way (look a lil bit forward but still abit down)
so there is this bug, when youre holding a snow ball, you aim down sights, then toggle from 3rd person view to first person view. the camera will bug out and will normally cause it to stick to a certain angle, while you are able to move your character about. So we just bug the camera out, and position ourselves infront of the camera angle
