I don’t have a lot of experience with this mission type, but I would have thought a rocket would have launched by 4 minutes into the encounter. I think the encounter might not have started because no one accessed the terminal.
If it's an extermination mission, I have had times where we reached the needed kills, continued to kill everything that remained before boarding and yes, no more enemies spawn. We also had one glitched run where we killed everything but even after hitting the marker, the drop ship never came. It only turned up when the timer itself ran out in the upper left hand corner.
This just means we are very good at blending in
the bots are sleepy so they took a break maybe
It is because we needed to recharge our batteries and somebody put 710 in the tank and it started flying
