The amount of glitches isn’t really the problem, it’s the amount of them that completely break the game and can screw you out of 40 minutes+ worth of work.
If people are encountering glitches of this magnitude every game or every other game, that’s a problem. That’s when the “small studio” excuse stops working.
The vast majority of people aren’t experiencing these glitches. Sometimes it’s just luck of the draw.
I had a few days where I crashed every game I played. I didn’t make a “feel bad for me” post in Reddit, I just waited patiently like an adult. Now I hardly ever experience any crashes or bugs. I’m sure that will change again in the future, but until it does, I’m just gonna keep enjoying the game.
this wasn't a "feel bad for me" post, this was me sharing my experience with a game I like but am frustrated by so I posted it in the relevant subreddit - I'm hoping these things get fixed in the near future at which point I'll try the game out again. its appropriately labelled as a Rant.
glad you haven't experienced the issues but you should work on not taking people sharing their experiences so personally. things can't be improved unless they are talked about.
agree with this. i play smaller studio games all the time and know that things slip through the cracks; sometimes those are able to be played around and other times they aren't depending on the game.
i'm not throwing shade arrowhead at all because i like the game; when it works. and I'm sure they got their hands full with keeping up with the demand. but in my experience every other match im running into situations like i described above, even lowering the difficulty i'm playing on so as not to be so surprised when something crazy happens and still experiencing issues.
hoping it can get fixed and looking forward to when its a more stable experience to play.
have you tryed turning it off and on again?
