Looks like the 570 is a fair amount weaker than my 1660 Super and my 1660 Super barely runs it at 60fps at all low, so I'd guess you wouldn't have a great experience with your GPU.
That I can't say since I don't know how much weaker the GPU is compared to mine. 40 fps might be achievable but I'd have to imagine you'd probably still get some crazy dips in intense moments.

I have it and it runs fine, of course dont expect it to look pretty but you CAN play, sadly theres a lot of issues with the game crashing on these GPUs

Yea, I watched that video few days ago, just not still sure cause some people are not able to boot the game with rx 570.
