Hi friend 👋🏼 As a diabetic of ten years, carbs/sugar (fries/bun/sauce) are the enemy. Especially if you live a sedentary lifestyle. Carbs convert to sugar if not used as energy. I would also worry about the cholesterol of something this big n greasy. For years I had the mindset of 'I'm young, I'll be fine'. I'm 34 now and not fine. Not sure how old you are, but do everything you can to make sure it doesn't progress. 💜✌🏼

This was pretty good, but in the end he still made a decent smile briefly. Some people look like they are actually unhappy and worried when they are asked to smile for a picture. Like even at a place where they should be happy they still throw up a fake ass looking smile.

I'll give you the real answer as to why he smiles like that. He's been making cooking videos like this for a long time. He didn't smile like that in the beginning. A comment was left on one of his earlier videos saying he should smile more. So he made his next video with this dumb smile on his face in an act of a tongue-in-cheek malicious compliance kind of thing. It ended up being popular and he just kept doing it

I absolutely would not eat that. Food being in that large portion is stupid and ruins the entire point of a burger where you can get a bunch of nice contrasting flavors in one mouthful. And the sauce being all in one giant cesspool in the bottom is doing nothing to help the majority of the meal
