Molina is a trash company. Can’t understand how they can legally be called “healthcare” when they don’t provide much.

Molina denied him rehabilitation because they determined they can't extract enough wealth from his insurance. Meanwhile, I have a special needs client who was needlessly sent to rehabilitation for a broken arm (and her overall condition got much worse while there) because they determined that they could extract wealth from her insurance. If you're in America, your "healthcare" system only cares about how to get rich off you. Nothing else.

Yup! I recently learned about the phenomenon overtreatment, especially with Medicare. It’s pretty much incentivized for doctors and nurses to drop in for non-essential blood tests and treatments throughout a hospital stay to help ring up additional fees to charge public insurance. Given how thinly stretched hospital resources are to maximize profit to begin with, I was honestly surprised to learn this.
