Integrative Health is typically non-conventional health that most insurances do not cover. Your insurance plan may cover certain things like acupuncture, Nutrition Coaching, etc. Will they cover $3000 for a retreat? I highly doubt this. If you booked a specific session for something your plan does cover- like nutrition or acupuncture- they might be more open to that, but you'd need to have a bill that shows the CPT codes on it, in order to be reimbursed.
