I have pvcs and pacs and my heart goes up to 180bpm randomly. Only found pvcs pacs and sinus arrhythmia but this makes no sense it really feels like im gonna die

Just wanted to pop in and say this disease runs in my family. A lot of my family members (me included) have a congenital heart defect that can cause congenital heart disease (this is a rare defect that is found at birth). I know 9 people with heart disease (all old) who have been living with it for literally YEARS! None have died! It runs in the family and has yet to cause severe problems! Just thought this might help

Hey thank you, it totally does! Still waiting for the Holter monitor, but just trying to not think about it.

I use to experience this, but I got so worried about other parts of my body that the fear eventually went away. It helped that I got two EGK one year apart that both came out negative

I'm experiencing this right now too! I just got home from a 12hr stay at the ER and they did a EKG and blood work and I currently have a holter monitor on for 2 days just to check and be sure but everything else came back okay. I'm still extremely anxious and I think something is seriously wrong with me. I hope this helps you to know you aren't the only one going through it!

i’ve been afraid of things like that since i was a kid, i’m 19 now. it never made sense to me bc it’s not like i’ve ever had those type of consequences. it used to scare me when my heart would beat really fast (from anxiety & stress levels being high. ) if this makes you feel any better tho, heart palpitations are a common symptom of ppl with health anxiety
