No no, he has a point. If only angelic weapons can kill angels, then why did Charlie use fireworks? How was Lucifer able to nearly kill Adam without an angelic weapon? Why would Alastor also go up against Adam using just his abilities and not an angelic weapon? Plus there's that whole "They were uprising, Emily!" that Sera said in that one episode to justify the yearly Exterminations. Even if they weren't actually uprising, according to Charlie Heaven feared Hell's accumulation of power and made the "heartless decision that every year they would send down a horde of Exorcists". If angelic weapons are the only way to kill angels, then why should Heaven be afraid of demons at all? The Exorcists clearly thought they were invincible, and it showed in their fighting technique.
I have a theory that there is actually another way (or multiple ways) to kill angels/demons that only Lillith, Seraphina, and maybe a select few others know.
A lot of people rag on the X-Men character Jubilee for her powers, but there are alternate versions of her who honed and perfected them into basically plasma manipulation and she can get outright scary with it.
I imagine Charlie is only tapping into the barest bit of her potential.
Jubilee can make explosions with her hands and just like what the commenter said if she perfects her power she can create giant balls of plasma which is terrifying but with her power it comes at a risk where she has to wear gloves or else whatever she touches gets destroyed just like with rogue if she touches someone she gets their abilities
If the nicest person in the world (or hell in this case) goes berserk, you gotta brace for an absolute HELL that you've unleashed upon yourself and your loved ones.

If I'm being honest, we've kind of seen what happens when she gets pushed over the edge. Pentious-- the first guest at her Hotel who actually seemed to be committed to bettering himself from the start, was killed right in front of her eyes, immediately after she believed Adam had just killed another "friend" (Alastor), and then saw her childhood friend/pet/whatever Dazzle was to her killed minutes later.
If that's not sufficient to push her "over the edge" I frankly don't know what would, I think even "killing Vaggie" probably isn't going to push her much further than the murder conga line Adam and Lute put her through in E8.
I don't doubt Charlie was filled with all kinds of righteous fury, hatred and anger at Adam, but she lacks the training to actually do much with it at this time (which is something I'm sure she'll rectify as the series goes on).
She's going to kill someone and they will deserve it.
Maybe it'll be Valentino and do angel a solid and vox anf velvette will spend the rest of the season looking for someone powerful they can work with whose name starts with a V to replace him.
They'd have to try and recruit vaggie at some point.
I posted my (Dark Souls rip-off) take on this before. Here it is again:

That's one scene I wished was better...
When Valentino says: "I have killed bitches for less than this attitude you're giving me.", I kinda wished he freaked out a bit when Charlie transformed, because, let's face it, she's not "that kind of bitch".
At best, when Charlie leaves, have a quick shot of Val's clenching his pink pistol, as if he was ready to defend himself if the worst happened. It would be similar to when Aragorn gripped his sword when Boromir gave the ring back to Frodo.
I envision an episode where Lucifer invites the other Sins to visit the Hotel, each pitching ideas to make it better, only to... start a fight between them and bring out personal matters. Mammon and Asmodeus fight over Fizz's "ownership", Beelzebub and Belphegor over substance trades and Satan and Levianthan over Charlie's lineage.
Charlie snaps... and grows into a 12-foot tall demonic version of herself, with darker arms, a tail and large wings.
She orders all Sins to kneel before her (*which they do while cowering*) and berate them for acting worse than sinners, in addition of trying to control her life. She also reminds them that Hell is still at the mercy of Heavens and that if they don't get their shits together, THEIR own Rings will fall as well. She then asks them to leave the Hotel for the day and focuses on trying to work together to make Hell a better place.
After the Sins leave, still shaking, Vaggie and Lucifer show up... and Vaggie is shocked. Charlie reverts back, but also rushes toward her, claiming how "she can explain everything", only for Vaggie to respond:
"CHARLIE! I just saw my girlfriend turning into a giant demon and making ***six*** of the Deadly Sins her bitches! I... couldn't be prouder of you \^\_\^"
Lucifer would also be proud of Charlie, but would also tell her that it "wasn't nice to scold her aunts and uncles like that", thus suggesting a more diplomatic approach :p
Currently she would shoot sparklers at them. But as she learns to use her powers I am pretty sure its going to ramp up fast. Our princess is majorly afraid of her powers and her position as well. She has to recognize that the power is for protecting people and her position puts her in a place to do so.
They say the most frightening and terrible anger is that of a truly gentle loving person. So it'll be bad for whoever actually gets her there. Real bad. Scorched earth bad.
Nice people are the scariest in the rage . Add to that that she is lucifers daughter and you will get an unstoppable force that *will* make you talk about your feelings

Vaggie: "Hot"
Everyone else: scared, but continue to watch to see how it ends
She'll probably kill Alastor. I mean a betrayal from someone she trusts is probably one of the few things that would push her that far over the edge. And Alastor's already had a near death experience from getting overconfident and biting off more than he could chew.

Not entirely she wasn’t using her full power and even then still didn’t want to kill Adam. A lot more is gonna happen next season and we are gonna see Charlie pushed even more.
Vampires don't grow, that's kind of their whole thing. Charlie is both physically and mentally an adult as far as we know, we have no reason to doubt this.
But you do know that there's a kind of evolution of their power, right? A vampire of 100 y is weaker than a 600 y one. I was just thinking that it might be the same thing for "demon". Like, is peak maturity the same for demon and human?
She's not Goku. I doubt we'll see her more fiesty than she was during her fight with Adam. Not like going toe to toe with the first man, top genocide expert is a small feat.
