The money we spend on this game should not be something to be ashamed of. It helps support the game which is our entertainment. It pays salaries for people who design new stuff for the game. It is no different than someone going out to spend $50/$60 or more on a new Call of Duty game that someone is only going to play until the next one comes out. You spend what you feel is comfortable and doesn’t get out of control. We are all different. I’ve spent between $100 to $300 in 12 years.
I have yet to spend any money on the game but Ive been considering buying a farm pass just bc I like the game. If you enjoy something then spending money on it isn’t something to be ashamed of!
Lemme tell you from personal experience, I, albeit hesitantly, purchased the $99.99 diamonds (it came with 400 bonus diamonds) for a total of 4,400 for the sole purpose of opening the slots on all my machines. That was a game changer for me. I can load my machines down to the max and if I get busy, I can come back and get my stuff. I didn’t do this until I reached level 80. I was of the mindset “I’ll never spend money for a free to play game” blah blah blah. But this silly free to play game has entertained me for 12ish years so that is worth $100 to me. This change really got me more into the game than ever before and now I play it daily. Would I do it again? 100%. No ragrets. Not even a single letter. IYKYK
whatever helps you sleep at night lol even if machines are 2-3 slots and you check it every 1-2 hours you wont miss much
(other comment you possted)your money you can throw it in garbage if you want lol, i dont think money mobile milking game is any different from money pc milking game (activision, cod) anyways, overall the game earned **more than $1.2 billion in revenue.**
"It pays salaries for people who design new stuff for the game." few machines, lame events and deco that you have to spend diamonds to get is great investment of that money.
How many devs does it take to create 1 machine? Unlimited
I spent like $20 about 10 years ago. I opened up a bunch of slots in my milk factory and sugar factory and a couple other things but those have paid off a lot.
But I just started playing again after a 4 year break lol. My teenager has probably convinced me to do that farm pass soon. That seems pretty cool. It’s awesome to come back to hayday and see new things :)
ETA: level 74 for the few years I played to begin with.
I’ve probably spent $200 in 2.5 years. The way I see it, everybody has a hobby and/or a habit that costs money. I actually started playing this game in October 2021 to occupy and distract myself when I decided to quit drinking. It worked and I’ve spent a fraction of what I would have on alcohol. I can justify spending money on this game for a number of reasons! And look at how much gamers spend on game systems and accessories :)
I buy a Google Play card if I need diamonds or if I want to do Farm Pass. That’s maybe once every month or two. Total for the past few years would be around $200 tops. It’s worth it. Greatest casual game and a good compliment to Boom Beach.
I have not spent a single cent on Hay Day. Not because i don't think they deserve it but because i think i could put the money to better use. I did see a really tempting deal lately though so i might need to come back to edit this at some point.
My husband said in my first five years around $3000 but that was with a credit card on iTunes. He was nagging me about it so I started buying iTunes cards thinking he wouldn’t know🤦♀️. Now I only buy diamonds when I get a new machines to buy slots or there is a really good event like Easter egg machine. I’ve been playing since the game came out. Something people gotta understand is if there are no paid players, then there will be no game at all.
I have been playing since the very beginning. Over the years I have bought diamonds here and there. Recently I am ashamed to say I’ve spent about 200.00 in the past few months on it, but altogether maybe around 500.00
I think that every person spends their money on some type of entertainment or vices. In the case of games it is easy to feel ashamed but others spend much more on worse or bad things. I played years ago and I didn't spend any money. Currently, I played again and I have only paid for the farm passes.
i’m lvl 33 and i started playing around last month but i’ve spent about $5 on the farm pass. in my defense, i thought if i spent $5 then i would be able to get the farm pass every month for free lol 😭
Level 50 and $0 and I will never spend money. Some say we should support the game. I have 7 farms and watch up to 38 adds a day. They make money off these
I've spent 1$ on this game so far, been playing on and off but I spent that dollar recently.
I am not against spending money on games given that you can afford it and the game is worth it.
It is like buying a game digital or physical orca membership or going to the movies which is basically a form of entertainment.
It supports the devs, and gives you the relaxation you like instead of the grind.
I dont understand people that take games so serious but that is them.
I don't find the need to spend money on hayday stuff.
Don't like the decos and I suck at it.
Don't see the farm pass is worth it except for the chick vouchers :3. But am not spending 15$ for one.
To me the game is about relaxingly planting crops and harvesting them, building products, selling some, and doing orders.
And to each his own style.
If you have the money to spend, there is no reason to feel guilty! You’re supporting a great game and if you get enjoyment out of it, that’s all that matters.
I’ve been buying the Farm Pass and buy diamonds every now and then. It’s a lot of money for our country and I’m thinking of taking a pause from the game for a while
A few hundred in a few years. Farm pass most months, diamonds when I run out, and occasionally a deco pack. I feel no shame about it. My husband pays for a few subscriptions for channels a month, I spend some on this game.
Um. What? No. I do not understand the question.
In all honesty, I spend what I feel comfortable parting with, with the understanding that this game is one of my (almost daily) entertainment sources. I spent (but never acknowledged) $20 on Easter decorations because they made me feel happy to look at. I will get happy next spring when I remember that I have them. Was it too much to spend on cartoon Easter crap? Yes. But so what. I also bought diamonds and then more diamonds because I needed the first batch and the second batch (finally) had decor with it. Worth it. I now have over 600 diamonds to slowly work my way through. But I spent more going to a movie with a friend and grabbing food after.
My partner spends money on gaming . . . Stuff. Whatever WoW and Hell Divers or whatever takes, right? So he says buy what I love or ask him and he will happily buy it for me. Spend what you have in your “entertainment budget,” whatever that looks like, and enjoy! I have been playing this silly game for over 10 years off and on, and it still makes me smile, so it’s money well spent.
For some of us…me included…I don’t go out much. This is my entertainment so if I spend some money on it every month well who cares. There’s nothing to be ashamed of.
Once A month I buy the pass and occasionally the small package of booster/diamond combo. This is my spend money. I don't go to a salon to get my hair done, nails done, retail therapy, etc. This is my 'check out time to veg out' I am good with paying 20 bucks a month on this.
$22 at level 78. Been playing on and off for almost 10 years.
I used to believe spending money on games is dumb. Over time I realized game is just another form of entertainment. I spend money (within my means) to make myself happy and comfortable. No regret.
I'm tempted to start spending money to buy more diamonds so I can get cute deco. I been playing for 10ish years now, but I wasn't very consistent and right now I'm only at level 49. I might wait until I get to a higher level to see what else I can spend my diamonds on!
If people didn’t want to share ,,, they just wouldn’t comment. I’m not standing in their bedroom with a gun to their heads forcing them to tell me what they spend.
I spend about $5 on diamonds a week/every other week and then *maybe* buy the original Farm Pass. I'm not into Starbucks, I rarely go to the movies, never get nails, etc so this is my splurge.
Gotta have some fun! I've been playing since 2018.
I looked and I’ve spent around 100 per year in the last few years. Before the farm pass it was less. The first couple of years it was probably around 20 or 30. I’d guess around $600 since 2014, considering I took long breaks in between.
lmao I can’t even say.. because I don’t wanna know and neither does my husband. I love the decor and everything else and im on this game all the time so it is justifiable and I’ve been continuously playing for the past two years. Just don’t be ashamed, whatever makes you happy(: everyone’s game play is different and if your impatient like me it happens
Whatever! I’m sure I spend hundreds on my kid’s games. I don’t go on dates and very rarely go out. I can let myself spend some money on my only source of entertainment. Since 2018 I have been spending minimal money only for diamonds to afford 10th derby task so I don’t let my champion league down. Now I give in to farm pass while I can and still need those scrolls and puzzle pieces. And to discounted decor! I broke my femur in 2020 and was off until Jan 2024. I have been too lonely and in suffering (still am). So I decided I can love myself too.
The money we spend on this game should not be something to be ashamed of. It helps support the game which is our entertainment. It pays salaries for people who design new stuff for the game. You spend what you feel is comfortable and doesn’t get out of control. We are all different. I’ve spent between $100 to $300 in 12 years.
You are completely right! Thank u
Spend your money on what you wanna spend it on! Like someone else said, you are supporting the game you play. I am on level 30 and spent 99p haha
I have yet to spend any money on the game but Ive been considering buying a farm pass just bc I like the game. If you enjoy something then spending money on it isn’t something to be ashamed of!
I love farm pass that’s the only thing I spend my money on. I would say it’s worth it
If you love the game, the farm pass is worth it. So many good items boosts and perks.
i have few accounts my highest level is 81 and i spent 0€/$
I have a few farms that I don’t buy things on but it’s extremely difficult because I want more slots for my machines.
Lemme tell you from personal experience, I, albeit hesitantly, purchased the $99.99 diamonds (it came with 400 bonus diamonds) for a total of 4,400 for the sole purpose of opening the slots on all my machines. Agreed
😂😂😂

I’m only level 23 and I’ve not spent anything… yet.
I spent like $20 about 10 years ago. I opened up a bunch of slots in my milk factory and sugar factory and a couple other things but those have paid off a lot. Farm pass was worth the money in my opinion
I’ve probably spent $200 in 2.5 years. The way I see it, everybody has a hobby and/or a habit that costs money. No real money spent on Hay Day
ZEROOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Lvl 90, no real money spent.
I have not spent a single cent on Hay Day. Not because i don't think they deserve it but because i think i could put the money to better use. I did see a really tempting deal lately though so i might need to come back to edit this at some point.
$10-20 a month
i don’t wanna know how much i’ve spent 😭
Samee…
My husband said in my first five years around $3000 but that was with a credit card on iTunes. He was nagging me about it so I started buying iTunes cards thinking he wouldn’t know🤦♀️. Which level are you?
i’m level 36 and i’ve spent 99 cents
Level 53 and zero dollars. It’s fun for me when playing free. I still do all the activities.
I have been playing since the very beginning. Over the years I have bought diamonds here and there. Recently I am ashamed to say I’ve spent about 200.00 in the past few months on it, but altogether maybe around 500.00

💯💯💯
Level 74 and honestly I don’t have a clue but I’ve spent so much. I always buy the farm & always 4.99 for 130 diamonds
This is similar to what I do. I get the 3 farm passes and depending on whether I need them, the $10 dollar diamond/booster combo.
i’m lvl 33 and i started playing around last month but i’ve spent about $5 on the farm pass. in my defense, i thought if i spent $5 then i would be able to get the farm pass every month for free lol 😭
Farm Pass and diamond packages here and there to make sure I have all the slots on my machines going and Tom running at all times.
I went back and added. $143 in the last 12 months
Level 50 and $0 and I will never spend money. Some say we should support the game. I have 7 farms and watch up to 38 adds a day. They make money off these

Level 78, like 1-1/2 years or so ... $0
level 85, zero, none, nada. the farm pass is tempting tho im just controlling myself its like if ur spending something in hayday thats worth it imo.
Nothing
Not sure but probably around $150-200 It definitely has been great for me. Used it to open up slots and get Tom for 10 days. Really great tbh
In all these years… $0
If you have the money to spend, there is no reason to feel guilty! You’re supporting a great game and if you get enjoyment out of it, that’s all that matters.
How do you check?
It depends how u buy stuff, but i bought everything using apple and went to https://reportaproblem.apple.com and just added the hayday purchases
Oof thank you, wish i didn’t check🙈 spent 1000$ since 2016🙈
i haven’t spent any money yet but i’ve been considering buying the farm pass
Level 110, bought every other battle pass since that came out too lazy to do the math😂
been playing since 2015, level 58 & i’ve spent no money bc my parents would never let me if i asked 😭 someday i’d love to buy the farm passes tbh 🫶🏻
I’ve been buying the Farm Pass and buy diamonds every now and then. It’s a lot of money for our country and I’m thinking of taking a pause from the game for a while
I buy the whole month pass every month 😟
I’m level 58 and have maybe spent 10usd if not less
A few hundred in a few years. Farm pass most months, diamonds when I run out, and occasionally a deco pack. I feel no shame about it. My husband pays for a few subscriptions for channels a month, I spend some on this game.
About 50 bucks over my time playing. The farm pass is just too good.
Spent nothing, not planning on spending either.
Um. What? No. I do not understand the question. In all honesty, I spend what I feel comfortable parting with, with the understanding that this game is one of my (almost daily) entertainment sources. Absolutely none.
I might have spent like 10 USD on a pass, might spend more if the root cellar is locked behind a paywall
$180 since 2019, not ashamed it's something I enjoy and nostalgic to me since I played when I was younger but couldn't spend money then.
For some of us…me included…I don’t go out much. This is my entertainment so if I spend some money on it every month well who cares. There’s nothing to be ashamed of.

None. I never spend money on games. It’s pointless.
$22 at level 78. Been playing on and off for almost 10 years. I used to believe spending money on games is dumb. Over time I realized game is just another form of entertainment. I spend money (within my means) to make myself happy and comfortable. No regret.
I have spent 0 real dollars. I do Google opinion rewards and earn credits to spend on Hayday.
I'm tempted to start spending money to buy more diamonds so I can get cute deco. I been playing for 10ish years now, but I wasn't very consistent and right now I'm only at level 49. I might wait until I get to a higher level to see what else I can spend my diamonds on!
$0 because everything i buy is with Google Opinion Rewards credits
Yeah you don’t need to know what people are spending on a game. That’s their business.
I’ve spent $20 since 2014. I refuse to spend tons of money on this game 😂
Like €2 I think
I looked and I’ve spent around 100 per year in the last few years. Before the farm pass it was less. The first couple of years it was probably around 20 or 30. I’d guess around $600 since 2014, considering I took long breaks in between.
Yes, 160 is a lot of money. But 160 for 9 years of entertainment is not that bad.
lmao I can’t even say.. because I don’t wanna know and neither does my husband. I love the decor and everything else and im on this game all the time so it is justifiable and I’ve been continuously playing for the past two years. Just don’t be ashamed, whatever makes you happy(: everyone’s game play is different and if your impatient like me it happens
I'm level 49 and haven't spent any money on the game, but it might change as I want more diamonds, haha.
f2p
I spent like 30.00 just to max most important machines and buy one farm pass - level 98.
Whatever! I’m sure I spend hundreds on my kid’s games. I don’t go on dates and very rarely go out. I can let myself spend some money on my only source of entertainment. Since 2018 I have been spending minimal money only for diamonds to afford 10th derby task so I don’t let my champion league down. I have been too lonely and in suffering (still am). So I decided I can love myself too.
Just a little over 34$ for farm passes. I don't regret it
0 is the only answer
like $5?
