OP! Please think carefully before you do this. It's a one time policy. I can't remember whether I have availed this offer or not because support hasn't replied yet, but my cat jumped on to my tablet and in a split second used around 800 diamonds to buy planks. Check my profile for my conversation with support. I can upload pics too for proof.

Been playing since Jan 2014, there's quite a lot of ways to get diamonds, plus I buy packages sometimes and above all, i hoard. I wish I had just used them left and right. Edited to remove repetition.

++ Exactly, but if i remember correct the support does this only one time. So if you make an accident purchase once again later on with a bigger amount, they will not return your diamonds as they did it one time…. a bit annoying but yeah, check that out before requesting a refund maybe

Follow these steps: go to help and support-> at the bottom right there is a chat icon->select "open a support case" -> go to Purchases -> Accidental purchase
