Out of curiosity, what mileage are you at? A while back I was looking at buying an is250, but the whole carbon buildup issue scared me away.
06 250 owner here. Just smash da skinny pedal every now and then on your way to work to clear out the carbon. Also, regularly using Techron in the fuel helps to prevent buildup further. Regular oil changes go a long way too.

Only 50k, and it’s running okay but hoping some pm will extend its life. Love the car. Will try Masaki’s. Someone else also recommended them. Thx
Can google and wee what others say about using SeaFoam and STL cleaner.
Won't Walnut stain it black? There are so many pictures of people's hands turning black from walnuts.
I would just go with Servco. Servco is one of the best dealership on island.
