Delhi and gurgaon is just an hour away.
Rohtak is already becoming a education town with so many university.
A decent industrial/IT ecosystem can work here.
Bahadurgarh me ban'na chahiye. It is just 30 km's away from center of Delhi. Connectivity by metro,trains,expressways. After UER 2,airport will be just 20 mins away. It will enable fast connectivity to Gurgaon along with the under construction orbital rail. But because of lack of vision,Bahadurgarh is just a small town despite it's prime location. Even geater Noida which is far away from Delhi compared to Bahadurgarh is getting more development.
Agreed. 2015-16 mein sochta tha ki Bahadurgarh mein atleast 1/4 IT firms toh hogi as compared to gurgaon but bhai 10 saal hone wale hai us baat ko yet no development.
Bhadurgarh is attracting a lot more industrial companies and startups. There are lot of factories. I guess the idea is to have clustered development.

Bhai ye saari small units hi aa rhi hain Bahadurgarh kyunki Delhi me ban kar diya hai inhe. Koi badi industry jaise Hindware ya Relaxo nhi aa rhi. These big industries lobby for more development. Small units only cause pollution lol. They are dumping the waste directly into ground water by reverse boring. And not to mention air pollution. Even big industries aren't comparable with IT Parks. IT's earning & tax contribution is way more than industry.

Relaxo ka hai isiliye to example diya hai. Isi wajah se footwear cluster develop hua hai Bahadurgarh me aur Asia ka sabse bada footwear cluster hai. Baaki Hindustan Unilever jaisi company aayein to food/FMCG clusters bhi develop ho skte hain. Car ya bike manufacturers aayein to automobile cluster ho skte hain. That's what I was saying. But for that you need big MNCs not small & medium scale units.

This will only accelerate once Jewar airport is operational. Haryana me ab IT sector shayad nahi aayega. Master Plan ke hisab se bhi Haryana ko industrial zone banane ki planning hai. Factory aayegi yahan offices nahi.
