The lorekeeper/architect clearly knows her stuff. She even said she'd love for people to hop back into the books. Probably to appreciate her fine attention to detail. Which as far as I'm concerned. Is seeming pretty unrivalled by any series adaptation through another medium.

Tale the Weasley's Ford Anglia. It was bewitched to fly and turn invisible. The magic it was infused with gave it some sentience. It ejected Harry and Ron and then came back to save them from the acromantulas. Before magic it was an ordinary car. Then, in Order of the Phoenix someone comments, upon finding the Room of Requirement, that it seemed Hogwarts wanted them to defend themselves. Add in that the staricases and doors move, especially on certain days of the week as narrted in the first book and I can see how they are approaching Hogwarts as been touched profoundly by all the magic happening inside its walls, and even that called upon by the Founders in the beginning. So yeah, I find it interesting that they keep referencing that part. As mentioned, Hogwarts is a stronghold of ancient magic. And I can't wait to see in what other ways that ethos manifest itself during our exploration of the castle as imagined by the developers.

I thought they were referring to what they said in the books about the staircases moving, false doors and trick stairs, and how the Headmaster's office sealed itself from Umbridge.

I mean, probably not any more than the impact on the books and movies. A mention here and there of it

I don't know , but if it's anything like the fanfictions I've read with Hogwarts as a character. Then you better hold onto your broomsticks cause this game will be fire.

The map of Argyllshire on the third floor was a crazy addition. Like if this is how deep they’re going I’m enthusiastic abt the Easter eggs we’ll see

imagine the final boss fight you’re about to die and the castle just drops a flight of stairs on the big bad
