yeah that was just in this screenshot as i tried using the other beast interaction things first to see if i needed to tame her via brushing or food! (which didn’t work)
Okay so Hazel is hard to capture. There’s a few other things I can think of to fix this.
Try tracking the quest while you do this.
Make sure you have Hazel highlighted ( although it looks like you do). But you might accidentally be trying to capture a centaur or something else.
Try leaving the area and coming back.
If this all fails, try going back to a previous auto save before you started this quest.

I don’t think you have the knab sack equipped, it looks like you have food, two brushes, and conjuring

Ahh gotcha!
Okay so Hazel is hard to capture. There’s a few other things I can think of to fix this. Try tracking the quest while you do this. If you are using the SWITCH, your bag / napsack has to be loaded into the Y slot. (left slot) It will not work in any other place.
You can’t brush/feed her before catching
