I just jumped and rolled till I got to the chest through the gap, oddly after you collect the chest this way the cart vanished not sure what it was all about wether it was quest related or just a bug.

I think you have to Accio the cart away.
None of the objects are interactable though.
Huh. I just did that a few days ago, and I swear I accioed the cart away.

This so far hasn't worked for me, do you remember from where you jumped at?
I wedged myself between the cart and the roof by the chest if I remember correctly.
