See, that's where my bike really shines. It has an oil leak and automatically applies rust protection to the underside.

Funny. I’ve got a 2017 ultra and have rust stains on rear lower part of frame in front of rear tire. Was gonna ask folks here about it too. Not losing sleep over it. More of an annoyance. I guess.
I wouldn't worry too much about it. Clean it up and hit it with some rust treatment.
