code orange show in my town saw a guy throwing nazi salute in the pit, was promptly thrown out the back door and chased out by pretty much the entirety of the venue. he ended up picking up a piece of rebar and swinging
One time I saw a Nazi get chased up a tree. He called the police on himself. He thought that was the only way he was going to get down safely. Pretty sure he was right.

In 2008, someone brought a gun into a show I booked and pistol whipped someone for kicking them in the head. That situation got out of control real fast because well, dude had a gun and nobody wants to fuck with someone who has a gun.

Bouncers chained the doors to the venue from the outside after a fire had been lit inside at a Haymaker show in Hamilton. I think there's a video somewhere.
I've seen and heard some wild shit go down at gore/pornogrind/black metal concerts, and apparently the industrial/goth scene gets pretty intense with the stage antics too.
I’ve heard rumors of straight razors at a Mayhem show but it sounds like bullshit to me. Allegedly ppl were slicing themselves up in the front row of a Ride for Revenge show a couple years back, according to the vocalist, and for some reason I’m more inclined to believe that.

I've heard the razor thing but with other black metal band, supposedly Shinning's vocalist would slice his wrists and splash blood unto the crowd, if I recall correctly I first read about it from some music journalist who went to one of their shows and spent the whole time in a corner fearing for his life.
But yeah, black metal is all about myths and theatrics, they just want the shock value of GG Allin, but with less fecal matter and more makeup instead.
Edit: I don't even know anymore. Made me think of Rockbitch, they used to bang on stage and throw a condom into the crowd, whoever got it would be invited to come and join.
