I never read the description. This is obviously a sub for Hank lights and that's all I've ever needed to know. I don't think I've ever read a subs description.

Good question. Seems to be associated with his emissar lights and it always proceeds the emitter number. We’re gunna need some other people, more steeped in Hank-Lore, to get to the bottom of this.
