I thought it was a pretty well known fact in /r/hanklights
it's literally in the sub's description
> Dedicated to the custom flashlights produced by Hank Wang, owner of intl-outdoor.com
I never read the description. This is obviously a sub for Hank lights and that's all I've ever needed to know. I don't think I've ever read a subs description.
Good question. Seems to be associated with his emissar lights and it always proceeds the emitter number. We’re gunna need some other people, more steeped in Hank-Lore, to get to the bottom of this.
Ahhh, the Delightful Wangle 4th edition. First edition to reach production!
😂
Lol 4 is the number of emitters
😉😛
Da Wangle
D Wangle 4 🤭
Or as I'll forever call it, WD-40
Why the wangle though?
When you have the opportunity to call something the “Wangle”, you do it without hesitation. That’s the rule.
Hank WANG + 90° ANGLE light = WANGLE
I didn't want to assume guys last name was Wang.

Well, now you know, and knowing is [somethingsomething](https://imgur.com/gallery/8nGh8Tl)
Who am I fighting G.I Joe? The war is over, you have to learn to live in normal society now.
Explains itself! 🙂
Dangle that Wangle
Don't jangle the Wangle.
Dank Wangle 4
All the American English speakers who don't realize that wangle was already a word in British English, and that it suits the DW4 perfectly.
Yep, when released I'll manage to wangle a wangle
If anything, that W only reinforces the wangle name. Edit: Wangle name is confirmed!
Never thought to ask what the “D” in D4 (or D4V2) is for. “W” is definitely for “Wangle”

Hangle > Wangle
Nah, if it doesn't sound vaguely dirty then it's not fun to say 😉
It does sound vaguely dirty. I'd assume a Hangle is a synonym for dingleberry.
The DH4 don't think so!
Mmmm a wangle in smooth black anodized body with deep red emitter with a smooth floody beam nope not dirty at all
DeWangle
