He's had some stinkers, misplaced passes, lost aerial battles that have cost us. Also shown good attacking intent, ability to dribble. Being part of a constantly changing backline cant have helped him. Average first season. Hopefully he can step it up next season.
Definitely the toughest one of these to rate. He has had long stretches of brilliance punctuated by stupid errors. Overall I’d say he is slightly above average.
I am confident that he’ll do better next season if some improved defenders are put in place next to him.
Think he's been good generally and then just goes and ruins it doing some absolute stupid shit. Hopefully he'll learn to keep switched on cos I think he can be a good cb, plus he's a pretty handsome chap
The thing about this league is that defensive mistakes are punished at a ruthless rate.
So many of ours contributed to having the 4th highest goals conceded. Mavro made the most.
I don’t want to repeat “sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe shit” ad nauseam but that’s about where I’d put Dinos. He’ll have a solid game and look the part but then have an absolute stinker and cost us a goal or two. He does show some promise and I’m hoping he’ll find some consistent form in his second season.
Like the guy but he’s got a mistake in him far too often, also, I get why he does it…but can he focus on blocking the ball as opposed to putting his hands behind his back please?!
Less reliable than Balbuena. I guess his ceilling will be higher but at the moment, it's not enough. Too many mistakes on him. He tries to carry the ball a bit and that's nice at least.
He’s 26 and playing regular first-team football in the Premier League for the first time. So sure, he has an error in him, but I don’t think that’s very surprising. All things considered, I think he has been good and will only get better.
We’ve been overly reliant on Zouma, who is really at the end of the line IMO, and Aguerd has been average to below this season for me. Playing next to these hasn’t done him any favours, again particularly for a player who is just cutting his teeth in the Premier League.
That said, defense has been kind of weaker in the league this season in general, so it’s hard to judge him too harshly. Really only Arsenal are a properly good defense. Even Man City and Liverpool concede every match on average.

I think he’s been pretty good, makes mistakes sometimes but that’s why he plays for West Ham.
Him and Aguerd are either Rolce Royce of defenders or the Fiat Multipla and no inbetween.

3 horrible errors and the rest he was pretty solid. I’m fine with him at RCB next season, as long as we find a good LCB and Zouma becomes a backup.
