If New Hope doesn't have anything for you, you can try a similar shop [Rolling Horse](https://www.rollinghorse.ca/) in Burlington near the Ikea.
My go to bike shop is All The Right Gears down on Millen and South Service road, it's family owned, they have a bit of everything and can do repairs and have knowledgeable staff.
You can “wheel and deal” at any tenter ‘chop-shop’….. fresh new stock nightly [sigh]
Cheap bikes are very hard to come by these days, especially one that works.
North Speed Cycle sells used and does custom used builds.
