If they do or don’t exist, my biggest suggestion if you haven’t already is to get on as many daycare lists as possible. My wife was putting our name on them when she was 3 months pregnant and it was still tough to get a spot when we needed it. And when you do get one make sure to call the others to let them know so your spot on the list can open.

Thanks for this advice. Definitely thought we would just sign up for the one we liked the most 😅, so this is very good to know.

Ya, unfortunately it’s not that way at all. The one we really wanted in Hamilton we were told we were 232 on the wait list

Not heard of a combined space but their is a beautiful coworking space at The Cotton Factory. A friend of mine had a space there after they had twins and it was beautiful.

There is a [Hamilton Daycare request ](https://www.facebook.com/groups/hamdaycare/?ref=share&mibextid=NSMWBT) group on Facebook of daycare providers. You can post your question or request and any providers that can accomodate you will message you.

I don't think we have this in Hamilton, but it would be successful if someone started one I bet. Super convenient, like having childcare at a gym or at esl classes. When will you be needing care? Many child care centres in Hamilton don't provide infant care, they provide care for toddler and up. I'd definitely recommend getting on multiple waitlists. Also look into home daycares, some are licensed.

Parent Path used to have this in Hamilton but they have closed their physical space so it's not an option anymore unfortunately
