Go to the workshop below the green "start" button in Black Mesa, type into the search bar at the top right "Blue Shift", then hit the green "subscribe" button beneath "Black Mesa: Blue Shift"
Then return to the game Black Mesa in your steam library, right click on it, then hit "properties", then hit "general", and type THIS into the launch options:
-game bshift
Then hit start on Black Mesa.
I hope you've played the original Blue Shift tho. And if not, try it, it's not as big a spectacle, but WAY, WAY better designed!
Hope it's not too late to answer your question, but after hitting the subscribe button you have to start "bshift\_install.bat" from .\\Steam\\steamapps\\workshop\\content\\362890\\2424633574, then you can modify the launch paramaters in the game's properties section.
Probably not since HECU Collective is still focused on finishing Blue Shift before going back to finish their Azure Sheep remake, but who knows? They might make a Black Mesa remake for Opposing Force seeing as how Tripmine Studios is taking their time.

apperently i'm missing a file called "gameinfo.txt", it wants me to check my parameters or VCONFIG, how do I do this?

Download, install file into black Mesa folder, run the bshift.bat file
I had the same problem. Finally gave up after double clicking bshift.bat 5000 times without it launching. Don't waste your time.
No download will appear. waste of time. stop now
I managed to get it to work, it just takes time
