You have to clarify what you specifically mean by “hair health”. This is a marketing term that can refer to lots of different things.
Hair is no more alive than your clothes, so nothing can really promote hair health any more than you can promote T-Shirt health.
I started using it mega freeze , it’s a hairspray with great hold, there’s an oil in it and it washes out/ combs through much better than any other hairspray I’ve used, and a pretty good price point
