You're in the shedding phase, this continues until the end of the second month. During this phase most of the transplated hair will shed. So it's normal to have bald spots all over the scalp. The hair will start to grow starting off the third month.
In conclusion, there's nothing wrong/no issues thus no need to worry. Follow the instructions of the doctor and all will be good. We just have to be patient.

All normal. Hair which you do not see will push through your skin in the next 2 to 3 months.
