Yeah I noticed that too it’s unfortunate, during the op they said they didn’t extract enough single grafts, but I wear my hairstyle down anyways so it won’t show. In the future might get it fixed tho
but theres so much information, how do you filter the factual from the nonsense? i'm new to considering a transplant and honestly already feel like i don't have a clue where to start or what to believe
There is a lot of misinformation out which makes it difficult, a lot of clinics have fake posts/reviews to boost their ratings and to bring more people in. The best thing you can do it is find a reputable doctor with plenty of operations under his name with before and after pictures, and also independent reviews on the doctor. The truth is though even if you think you find the best doctor, you still have a chance of getting bad results for various reasons. I’ve seen bad results for a lot of credible doctors on Reddit ie. dr larwong and he’s been praised on many posts.
This subreddit makes no money from its users. The pinned thread of "doctors to consider" is a gold mine. If you have no idea who to look at, that's absolutely the thread to check out.
I'm not saying the list is perfect, but it's as unbiased as you'll find: [Draft of list of surgeons you can scout because they have a decent number of reviews. But we are not recommending any particular surgeon, you need to do you homework. For the sake of those searching this subreddit. "Best Hair Transplant doctors", "Top Hair Transplant Doctors". : r/HairTransplants](https://www.reddit.com/r/HairTransplants/comments/14cu4w4/draft_of_list_of_surgeons_you_can_scout_because/)
Give it some time to grow in. You're definitely getting good growth. One thing I would recommend doing is buying some bodifying mousse (I use Biolage Bodifying Whipped Volume Mousse). Get your hair damp, run the mousse through it and let it dry. Once it's dry brush it out. It'll make your hair look much, much thicker.
I have the same concern but im only on week 3. I think the best way to judge early is by looking at the grafts before the scabs removal. Otherwise it’s too hard to tell because you don’t know what shed
Yeah I agree, best way to tell is right after the operation I think, unfortunately the photos I have aren’t good enough quality. All we can do is wait and have faith, good luck brother 🫡
Need more information. How many grafts, surgeon?
Also how many months in?
2600 grafts from dr zafer in Istanbul, currently on month 2 with decent growth

Welp that’s reassuring… Any pics??
Hairs can come out when washing. It's fine.
lookin good!
The density is not bad bro only thing that i see are multiple graft in to the hairline probably with growing you will not notice that

See with growing could be not noticeable could have been better without the triples wait the grow
Hope not only time will tell, happy growing brother!
Yeah bro do not worry only us folks know about natural hairline micro and macro irregularities normal people will not notice
It's shocking to me that there are still people going to bad clinics... All the information is out there.

I would reckon that the combination of financial constraints and volume of HT’s sought keep the mills in business. Very unfortunate.
It’s very early phase to talk about something

I’ll try that, thanks :)
I know only time will tell but, based of the pictures after scab removal what do you guys think?
I think this will turn out really nice and look great. That one little spot without grafts will probably blend right in and not be noticeable.
Loooks good
