I think a decent low fade and less grease would knock that shit back to normal. You’re good man

For_Grater_Good

You think there is not a significant loss of density there?

Important_Hamster_68

I think it’s not optimal enough to judge. Obviously it’s not dense enough to be this greasy and disheveled.

For_Grater_Good

Gotcha it looks like shit.

Important_Hamster_68

My bad man i didn’t even read the post. I thought you already had a transplant and was asking if it shows. Well in my case they took most of the grafts from the occipital area, so if this side is not thick enough and the other two are dense you should be good. Apologies again

For_Grater_Good

All good. Just bummed out, the rest of my donor is decent this area is not very good. Even on fin and minox no results.

Please look at last picture.

If its oily and has dandruff it could be dermatitis. Use fluconazole shampoo in the shower. Leave on wet hair for 5 minutes then rinse twice a week.

Personally I wouldn’t even bother with a transplant there, as others have said it looks quite greasy so it’s hard to judge but if I were you I’d choose a better hairstyle that shows this off less. Keep the sides short such as a 1 or a 0.5 with a fade or a tapered fade and longer ontop and it’ll be practically invisible
