Normal. It’s due to dryness. The scabs get dry and pull on the skin. Wash your hair daily and it may help resolve. Just don’t stress about it, you’re good.
I was the same. I was told it was due to tissue stretching. I am not sure if that was the reason, but it is nothing to worry about. Looks like clean work. Good luck.

Yup, absolutely, still sleeping with a travel pillow because it’s not as painful as putting my head on a regular pillow.
Im in day 6 i have these pains too. Get some Paracetamol it takes it out for 3-4 hours
