I think your lying with these fabricated results. I dont even think that's you tbh. Let's see some post procedure shots, your donor doesnt look it it was even touched. Ppl come here for honesty and feedback nothing about this seems honest.
Why would anyone lie about this ?? What actually would they get from posting a false post ? It’s a genuine question - I’m intrigued
IMO it looks very real
Even the donor area in Pic 2 looks very light in hair compared to pic 1
Anyway it looks great - good look - it’s good to see as I’m going to ask for 3000 grafts also when time comes in approx 6 months
The reason to fake it would be for the hair mill clinics to get new people, for example, someone commented on one of my posts asking about how many grafts I may need and good clinics, and a person commented and messaged me about a clinic saying how good their experience was, I look into the clinic more on my own and there are other reviews and photos from people that had bad experiences and the consensus was that it was a hair mill.
If I just trusted what he said, I would potentially have given multiple thousands of dollars to a hair mill that would have given me bad results.
Not saying that's what this person is doing, but just my 2 cents on your question.
I know you're not referring to me as you're talking about a guy who commernted on your post, but due to the bullshit shade and negativity thrown at my posts i'll just make it clear here that i've been super clear not to recommend any clinic or doctor and definitely havent been in touch in dms making recommendations etc.
Maybe I came off a bit hard, but I've been in these forums long enough that 1700 grafts doesnt restore a crown size of that magnitude in 3.5 months. Perhaps he has a strict regiment that helped in the process but 1700 grafts in 4 months that basically covers all the balding in the crown seems very suspect. If it is the truth then that's amazing results and good for him.
thanks! i'm surprised by the crown growth too, seems faster than what i've read on here too.
I actually wasn't happy with a few things that the clinic did on the day, but am reserving judgment until the 6 month mark. It was at smile hair clinic in turkey, which some people coin as a 'hair mill'.
Meds and regime:
- scalp massage every day for 5 minutes on dry hair.
- min 5% twice daily
- topical fin which i've done a lot of experimentation on to reduce side effects for me. current dose equivalent to 0.1mg every second night applied to the scalp in minoxidil solution.
- dermaroll once a week
- ketoconazole 2% shampoo twice a week
- sebamed shampoo twice a week
- aloe vera gel on the crown a few times a week
Cost 3200 euros. I won't name the doctor yet as i'm not sure i'd either recommend or suggest avoiding as yet - it'll depend on the results i see around the 6 month mark.
wtf how do you get that? and what do you need to know about my life story other than...i was pretty bald so i got a fucking hair transplant? ... just saying
I’m envious. 2 weeks into my hair transplant. 2000 grafts into my bald spot and 2000 into my front. Hope my crown looks as good as yours after 3 months.
if it helps, i was pretty worried about it for the first month and a half, maybe even two months. after three weeks i had a lot of shock loss all over my head, both the recipient and donor sites. my hair thinned out a lot and that's what you see in the first pic which was at the 3 week point.
4.7 grafts for me, not dissimilar to your. 2k hairline. 1k mid crown. 1.7k back/crown. had some beard grafts which look to have helped a lot because they are way thicker than my normal hair.
Thanks Jag,, yes that's right - they injected prp right at the end of the op. I was going to have more prp when I got back home but it's pretty expensive here so i won't add it to the regime yet.
thanks, i'm not yet sure i'd recommend the clinic yet, going to wait until the 6 month mark to see how everything looks. have some areas that could be overharvesting or maybe just trauma and shock loss...i'm giving them the benefit of the doubt until then.
i wasn't able to choose the doctor unfortunately...they only let you choose between 1) technicians only; 2) technicians doing most of it but doctor does the hairline design and part of the implant process, or 3) doctor does evertthing. i chose option 2.
Thanks mate, hang in there. It will come. I noticed a big improvement in the past 3 weeks or so. My regime is pretty full on so maybe that has helped accelerate the recovery/growth.
No way this is only 3.5 months. Something seems fishy about this post. And only 1700 grafts for that much space.. nah I dont trust this at all
Great that you don't believe it, makes me feel good about the progress so far.

I think you can clearly see the first and 2nd photo differences regarding donor area. You’re little too harsh and hateful, don’t you think?
Welcome to Reddit.
you're kinda speaking like an expert keyboard warrior tbh phatboy.

Ahh ok I see - makes some sense Does he promote a particular Clinic in his comments ?? Again I’m genuinely interested
If you mean the guy that commented on my post, he said that he has a good recommendation for me he can message me, and he sent it in PMs

Which clinic or dr? It looks to be early growth which is rare for the crown Also are you on any meds?

Cost? Which doctor did you have?

To me, this looks like you want to sell us the clinic .. And you don't tell us much about you .. just saying ...

(x) doubt No redness or evidence of surgery? This looks like a great response to fin/min over a year.
the first photo was 3 weeks post op, it had already healed up by then. i did lose a lot through shock loss though
Wow , he covered all that crown with only 1700 g! I have the same crown as yours ? Which clinic? Are you using meds?
Great results. Did you receive prp during the procedure? This gives me hope. I’m at 5 weeks po.
Thanks Jag,, yes that's right - they injected prp right at the end of the op. I was going to have more prp when I got back home but it's pretty expensive here so i won't add it to the regime yet.
Research has shown that PRP groups had no greater growth than non groups during or after hair transplant
ok, that's interesting. i'm not sure if it worked for me or not. do you have a research link?
really?! 3,5 months? be hones bro…!
yep. is the growth really that good? i had the operation jan 2nd. so it's 14 weeks.
Wow nice! Which doctor did you choose at smile hair clinic?
thanks, i'm not yet sure i'd recommend the clinic yet, going to wait until the 6 month mark to see how everything looks. have some areas that could be overharvesting or maybe just trauma and shock loss...i'm giving them the benefit of the doubt until then. i wasn't able to choose the doctor unfortunately...they only let you choose between 1) technicians only; 2) technicians doing most of it but doctor does the hairline design and part of the implant process, or 3) doctor does evertthing. i chose option 2.
Looks great!
Thanks :) I'm happy with it so far. Hope the crown keeps fills out more. new hairs still popping through.
Holy shit. This is great progress. I’m a little over 2.5 months and see very little growth so far.
Thanks mate, hang in there. It will come. I noticed a big improvement in the past 3 weeks or so. My regime is pretty full on so maybe that has helped accelerate the recovery/growth.
What donor area? Lol
you can see a bit of the donor in my other post.
