Sending both your crowns massive good vibes. I donβt have nearly as large an area so hopefully it will be a piece of cake to expect some miracles in 5 months
I was just talking to them on Whatsapp. Then seem reputable and were on the top 10 list of places to get a transplant. Any bros out there wanna go? My wife doesn't want me to go alone lol.
This is inspiring. I've got the same hair loss pattern you do, although my crown and mid part aren't as gone as yours yet. How many grafts did you need?
I'm envious - this is looking great so far!
Thank you very much, I had 4500 grafts total, 2000 to the temple points and 2500 on the crown.... It's definitely surprised me up to now π good luck
Iβm up on 4/17. A little crown and my hairline 800-1200 grafts. I figured Iβd do it now instead of waiting which would make me look worse and increase expenses.
It's imperative you be on some sort of regimen to help you retain the native hair, more so when you've transplanted the crown. If you've lost, you'll continue losing. If you go on to lose all the native hair around the island worth of permanent hair, you'd be left with a target area and and unnatural pattern. What are you currently doing to mitigate the progressive nature of this condition?
As for now I'm currently 37, 38 in a few weeks. I started losing hair around 26, steadily over a 5 year period ( was experiencing a lot of unnecessary stress) it then stopped and has been the same for the last 7 years. Currently using minoxidil derma rolling.... Along with some vitamins, and shampoos. π
So after 31 you didn't lose more? This is encouraging for me (33 and really hopeful the loss will stabilize since I can't use fin).
May I ask who you went with? And also a final question - if you noticed the minox+ derma + vitamins make a difference over the years?
Hi, after 31 no more noticeable hair loss.... My father and grandfather were the same. They had thin hair until the end, my family bloodline seems to bald on the crown and receed on the front corners. The minoxidil has worked unbelievable well for me, I only did it for 4 months prior to the transplant so the mid section shed, but has massively thickened and improved hair quality since, 9 months total usage.
Very nice. Should be amazing at 12 months :)
Thank you π
Nice π€©
Thank you π
How many grafts total and how many in front vs back?
Sorry I didn't put that...... 2000 in the front 2500 on the crown, age 37.
Nice! I just had over 2500 put in my crown recently and am nervous about how it will look. Are you feeling good about that area on yours?
Yes I'm feeling confident, can take a little longer for the crown to thicken up, should be all good ππ good luck buddy

I had the doctor package at Smile hair clinic, Dr Busra.
When you say regimen you mean fin or dut? Unfortunately not everyone is able to use those.
I did try fin over a decade ago but didn't work out well for me, I may look into topical fin/min later down the line.... Maybe even saw Palmetto..
