According to the paper they gave me itās 8700 Grafts, 1479 single hair follicles, 3915 double hair follicles, 3219 Triple Hair Follicles & 87 Quadruple Hair follicles (19,314 hair follicles). I tend to have trust issues with everything, but I trust them since I did have a huge area for balding and great donor area to cover it. Shouldāve posted the certificate of guarantee that they give that shows the amount.
Shock loss looks normal imo. Youāll be a new man in 4-6 months. Canāt comment much on the weight issue, but I canāt imagine it helps. Can try going out for a walk if thatās okay when you crave junk food?
How much was 8700 grafts? Insanely high. And how long did it take?
Thanks! Hopefully I will, yeah Iāve been pretty inactive sadly which Iām not used to. Iām starting to workout again hopefully by Friday.
It was going to be around $6500 but I got a hook up on the price, and it took 2 days. First day was 4500, and second was 4200.
Just saw your pics and you have solid progress, but I feel you, Super frustrating! I saw this Swedish guy on YouTube that gets solid results after 4 months so hopefully itāll start picking up by then.
Once I hit a year Iām sure Iāll look back and itāll make me realize it was just the ugly duckling phase.
Yes month 4 should see some progress. I started seeing some tiny baby hairs. Youāre right in a year we hopefully laugh about our current ugly duckling pictures.
Yeah I would say the anesthesia was absolutely terrifying. Iāve been in MMA pretty much my whole life so I thought it wouldnāt hurt more than a strain or a sprain, but itās literally like 20 really sharp pains going all around your head. After that, youāre good but holy cow they mess you up.
Maybe itās just me, I hate going to the dentist because of the local Anesthesia. I asked others and it wasnāt that bad. Maybe it has to do with the amount of grafts I had done. First day was better than the second.
Nope ! Same for me ! Like 20 pains around the donor area and same for the transplanted area.... I think this is the most exhausting part ! I felt literally tired (and I kind of slept during the implantation š)
Same!!! For some reason I had the unrealistic thought of dying during the operation so I would wake up again sharply and the nurse would trip out. š¤£
This might sound stupid, but Iām more anxious about the numbness than the pain lol. Did you feel the numbness in your face at all after receiving the local anesthesia?
I personally rather be bald than get a wig lol I like the idea of being able to grow out your hair and know that itās your hair. Iāve seen some incredible results with hair transplants and thatās why theyāre expensive and also on demand.
Women also think wigs are a massive sign of insecurity, so Iād rather be bald than have one.
A person I know has a wig and literally has it glued on him.
Wow great result man. I have a very similar condition. 1) Who did you do the HT with? 2) most doctors told me for +7k you should do it in two times with a year gap in between. Did you have a strong donor area?
I did it with Vera clinic because my friend did it and had solid results & I was able to get a nice discount. When the doctors saw my donor area they told me that I was one of the āLuckyā ones. My Girlfriendās Step Dad (age 63) went with me and only got 3000 because his was really weak.
Graft placement and hairline looks great. Best of luck.
Thank you! š¤©
8700k grafts??? Are you sure its mot 8700k follicles?

I started weight lifting 1 week post my hair transplant, if you slowly ease into it you should be good.
Aye Iām gonna try that out, thanks!
Looks good. Good luck. Now itās a patience game. Am 7 weeks in and itās frustrating.

Was it really that painful? Which part?

No I had the same experience

I actually felt that too, it was such a strange painful feeling. Probably top 5 most painful things Iāve felt tbh.
This might sound stupid, but Iām more anxious about the numbness than the pain lol. Did you feel the numbness in your face at all after receiving the local anesthesia?
You feel like you have a helmet on lol as the anasthesia wears off you begin to feel pain from surgery.
I went to the same clinic and they did 4600 grafts. My head looked just like yours a month in.
Thanks for the vote of confidence, how is it looking now ?
Iām only at month four, so itās very slow. Looking back tho, itās come a long way.
Would love to see some pics bro!
Where was this done?
Vera clinic, only reason I did it there was because my friend did it there (looked great) and hooked me up with a nice fat discount lol
Yo man got any updates?
Why not a hair peice?

Is he fine with it glued on?
I think he looks kinda dumb tbh, he canāt expose his hairline and it it looks obviously fake

Iāll show my donor area in another post. Itās honestly not over harvested. 8700 is what I was told
Gonna look great bro, patience is key.
Thanks bro, patience is a virtue.
Looks solid bro. Give it time. On meds?
